Rules & Policies
To ensure safe, respectful, and positive experiences for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to observe the following shop rules:

Age Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo.
- You must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent to get a piercing.
- Valid photo ID, and the signing of a liability waiver is required from all clients at each visit.
Appointment Policy:
- A deposit is required to schedule an appointment in advance, which is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.
Payment:
- Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.
- If you have concerns or are not satisfied with your tattoo, please let us know before leaving the shop. We are committed to ensuring you love your new work.
Personal Items:
- Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Health, Safety & Aftercare:
- Do not come in if you're feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who's sick.
- No alcohol or drug use before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence.
- Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your artist to ensure proper healing of your tattoo.
Privacy & Conduct:
- Respect the space, the artists, and other clients. Discriminatory behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Photography is allowed, but please respect the privacy of others and ask for consent before taking photos. Loud music, phone calls, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.
